The main entrance of the building is used as a meeting point. It is an 11-story building with a basement. They have clothing, household goods, electronics, and more. The square in front of the department store is used for various festivals such as the annual Dongseongro Festival.

This is the first premium outdoor outlet mall in Daegu. The first floor has products for women such as SPA brand, foreign brands, and miscellaneous goods. Daegu Grand Hotel’s annex is a four-story building with luxury goods on the first and second floor, while the third floor is stocked with brands that are preferred by foreign tourists. The final floor is a rest area for worn-out shoppers, fitted with a cafeteria. Suseong Lake is nearby, along with easy access to public transportation (subway, bus). It takes 15 minutes to Suseong Lake and 20 minutes to Banwoldang.
